All About Plants

I have a love of plants and the environment, underpinned by a solid understanding of plant adaptability, physiology and genetics. My work is simply based around sharing this with as many people as possible.

Plants formed the foundations upon which the great ancient civilisations were built; today they feed and clothe us, support advances in medical treatment, and provide the oxygen that we breathe. But as well as fulfilling these crucial functions, plants can be objects of great beauty, unbelievable intricacy, and, in the case of great trees, unfathomable engineering.

I founded All About Plants in 2014 and my work includes supporting the teaching of plant science in Primary Schools, and running introductory courses for adults in Botany, Microscopy, Genetics and Plant Breeding.
